The new Employee Handbook is now available in Paycom. Please watch the short video above for a helpful overview of the updates. Then, be sure to log in to Paycom to review the handbook and complete your required acknowledgment.

Thank you!

📌 ERP Quest Update: The Roadkeeper’s Trial

The ERP Quest has reached 43% complete, and a new trial now stands before the team. This week, the Mobile Work Order is being demoed to ensure it serves as an adequate upgrade to the brave roadkeepers of the realm: our drivers and technicians.

This feedback will help shape the tool before it rides into battle, making sure it is practical, easy to use, and built for the way work actually happens in the field. When complete, this quest will bring clearer assignments, smoother communication, less manual tracking, and more time focused on the work that matters.

📌 Biggest Loser Challenge Update

The Biggest Loser Challenge team is making incredible progress. Our 36 participants have now lost a combined 191 pounds, with individual weight loss ranging from 9 to 47 pounds. With just 4 weeks remaining, now is the time to stay focused and finish strong!

Remember, every pound lost matters. Keep building on the healthy habits you’ve developed, encourage your teammates along the way, and don’t forget to submit your weekly numbers to Candice Collins in HR so we can keep the standings up to date. You’ve come too far to quit now!

🏆 Grand Prize: Win a FREE 1-Year YMCA Membership

More details coming soon on YMCA corporate rates with payroll deduction starting in July, so stay tuned for that announcement, and keep up the good work team! Let’s keep getting healthier, together!

1. Who’s In

  • Open to anyone
  • 100% voluntary… but bragging rights are not.

2. Weigh-Ins

  • Start: April 13, 2026 (must weigh in or send your starting number to Candace Collins in HR)
  • Finish: July 31, 2026
  • Same scale, same general clothes… don’t show up in steel-toes one time and flip flops the next.

3. How You Win

  • We’re going by % of body weight lost.
  • Simple math:
    (Weight Lost ÷ Starting Weight) × 100
  • Biggest percentage = biggest bragging rights.

4. Keep It Honest

  • No funny business, just be honest
  • What you weigh is what you weigh

5. Tracking

  • We’ll keep track of starting and ending weights.
  • Progress updates may be shared periodically… or we might just let people guess who’s sneaking salads.

6. Help Each Other Out

  • We’ve got some folks here who’ve already been putting in work and making real progress.
  • If that’s you, help the rest out. Share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and any tips or tricks.
  • If you’re new to this, don’t be afraid to ask. Nobody’s got it all figured out.
  • A little advice can go a long way.

7. Shop Rules Apply

  • This is about getting healthier and having some fun.
  • Chirping is allowed. Being a jerk is not.
  • If someone’s grinding, respect it.

8. Prize

  • Winner gets a GRAND PRIZE and permanent bragging rights.

9. Common Sense Clause

  • Don’t do anything silly to lose weight.
  • If your method sounds like a bad idea, it probably is.

Bottom line: Show up, put in the work, help each other out, and let’s get healthier together!

🎧 Solid Start Podcast | Weekly Devotional

Overview: In this episode of Solid Start, Greg Reed is joined by guest co-host Marcus Misinec and new Merrell Bros. Project Manager Olivia Forrey for a conversation about what it truly means to lead.

Building on the company’s leadership focus of knowing the condition and the “SHAPE” of your people, the conversation focuses on the importance of helping others identify with their leaders through trust, humility, and genuine relationships.

Marcus offers practical insights from both military and business leadership, reminding us that true influence comes from serving others rather than relying on position or authority.

Whether you supervise a team, lead your family, or simply want to become a better servant to those around you, this episode will challenge and encourage you to lead with humility, compassion, and purpose.
