📌 ERP Quest Update: Cleansing the Data Vault
Across the kingdom of Merrell Bros., Heather has taken up the charge to gather, sort, and cleanse the records needed for the next great migration into IFS. Working with teams across the kingdom, she is helping make sure the information carried into the new system is accurate, useful, and ready for the road ahead.
When this mission is complete, the reward will be felt by all: cleaner data, fewer errors, and better information in IFS from Day 1. Every corrected record and every gathered detail strengthens the foundation of the system we are building together.
📌 ERP Quest Update: The Financial Finish Line
Karson and the Finance team continue their march toward Finance Go-Live, one of the most important gates in the ERP Quest journey. The team is learning, testing, and fine-tuning how Finance will operate in IFS, making sure the system is ready before they cross into this next chapter.
When this mission is complete, the reward will be a Finance team prepared and confident to work in IFS, along with a stronger foundation for the rest of Merrell Bros. Each test completed and each process refined brings the whole company closer to a successful launch.
📌 ERP Quest Update: The Order of Super Users
A new order has gathered in the ERP Quest training hall. These Super Users will help lead the way as Merrell Bros. prepares for IFS, learning the tools, processes, and training needed to support teams across the company.
With ClickLearn Training on September 16 and final IFS solution training running September 28 through October 9, this group is preparing to guide others on the road ahead. Their quest is clear: clean data, trained teams, and a stronger Merrell Bros. ready for IFS.

Guided by the teachings of The Way of the Shepherd, it is designed to help you grow as a leader and as a person by focusing on faith, character, stewardship, and life beyond the job. Slow down long enough to notice someone.
Take five minutes this week to stop, ask someone how they’re really doing, and give them your full attention.

📌 Weekly Photo & Video Contest | Weekly Winner

Somewhere between South Dakota and the next job, Thomas Powell found a pretty cool place to pull over for a picture.
This week’s winning photo was captured on the road to Helena, Montana, where the crew is headed to the City of East Helena Wastewater Treatment Plant to remove biosolids from a sludge storage basin and dewater the material.
Once complete, the work will restore storage capacity in the basin and leave the facility better positioned to manage its biosolids moving forward.

The Merrell Bros. Employee Photo Contest that gives you the opportunity to earn MB Awards points bonuses, have your photos featured online, and compete with coworkers as you rack up wins and climb the leaderboard for even more bonuses!
How It Works
- Submit your photos and videos each week.
- If we use your photo or video on social media, the website, or in any marketing materials, you earn MB Awards points — no limit on how many times you can earn.
- Multiple submissions = more chances to earn.
- Each week, we will announce our “Photo (or Video) of the Week” contest winner on social media and in the weekly update text.
- We may also highlight additional weekly honorable mentions, which will also earn MB Awards points if used in marketing materials (social media posts, website, signage, etc.).
- We’ll track participation and highlight Top Contributors on a running leaderboard, occasionally running competitions and giving you chances to earn even more!
What to Send
