📌 ERP Quest Update: Shelby’s Mission, Guardians of the Gold
Hear ye, hear ye. This week, Shelby continued her noble quest as one of the Guardians of the Gold, working to build one reliable place for our financial information.
Her mission is clear: bring our numbers, reports, and financial records into one trusted system, so every team is working from the same source of truth. With reports easier to find and information easier to trust, decisions can be made with greater confidence across the kingdom of Merrell Bros.
And when this mission is complete, a powerful reward shall be unlocked: faster reporting, fewer manual tasks, less confusion, and a clearer picture of how the business is truly performing.
📌 ERP Quest Mobile Game: The Battle Begins
Hear ye, heroes of Merrell Bros. The gates have opened, and the ERP Quest Mobile Game has arrived!
Step into battle as Shelby and the rest of the ERP Quest champions as they defend the kingdom’s gold from enemies, bosses, and chaos lurking across every level. Choose your hero, defeat the attackers, advance through the quest, and rack up your score as you fight for the top spot on the leaderboard.
Each week, the champion with the highest score shall earn $10 in MB Awards points.
So ready your sword, guard the gold, and enter the quest. Glory awaits those brave enough to play!
📌 Biggest Loser Challenge Update
The Biggest Loser Challenge participants are now down nearly 200 pounds as a group. With just 6 weeks remaining, now is not the time to lose sight of the progress you’ve made. Stay focused, keep building on the healthy habits you’ve developed, and finish strong. You’ve come too far to quit now!
For those participating: Please remember to submit your weights to Candice Collins in HR so we can keep the standings accurate and continue sharing updates.

1. Who’s In
- Open to anyone
- 100% voluntary… but bragging rights are not.
2. Weigh-Ins
- Start: April 13, 2026 (must weigh in or send your starting number to Candace Collins in HR)
- Finish: July 31, 2026
- Same scale, same general clothes… don’t show up in steel-toes one time and flip flops the next.
3. How You Win
- We’re going by % of body weight lost.
- Simple math:
(Weight Lost ÷ Starting Weight) × 100 - Biggest percentage = biggest bragging rights.
4. Keep It Honest
- No funny business, just be honest
- What you weigh is what you weigh
5. Tracking
- We’ll keep track of starting and ending weights.
- Progress updates may be shared periodically… or we might just let people guess who’s sneaking salads.
6. Help Each Other Out
- We’ve got some folks here who’ve already been putting in work and making real progress.
- If that’s you, help the rest out. Share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and any tips or tricks.
- If you’re new to this, don’t be afraid to ask. Nobody’s got it all figured out.
- A little advice can go a long way.
7. Shop Rules Apply
- This is about getting healthier and having some fun.
- Chirping is allowed. Being a jerk is not.
- If someone’s grinding, respect it.
8. Prize
- Winner gets a GRAND PRIZE and permanent bragging rights.
9. Common Sense Clause
- Don’t do anything silly to lose weight.
- If your method sounds like a bad idea, it probably is.
