📌 The Lawn Care Nut 🤝 FloridaGreen Fertilizer
We are working with the Lawn Care Nut, an influencer in the landscaping / yard care space to promote FloridaGreen! Since Allyn (The Lawn Care Nut) has began posting about our products we have seen a MASSIVE increase in interest through the FloridaGreen website from people and businesses asking about our products and where they can get them.
In his first video working with FloridaGreen products, Allyn is putting FloridaGreen Compost to the test.
Allyn is testing St. Augustine plugs with FloridaGreen Compost alongside plugs treated with regular fertilizer. Over the next few months, he’ll be tracking which side spreads and fills in faster. 📌 ERP Quest Update: The Road Ahead
The next chapter of ERP Quest is taking shape, and the road ahead is becoming clearer. On August 31, teams from across Merrell Bros. will begin workshops to design and validate how IFS Cloud will support their day to day work. On October 5, the Finance team will lead the charge as the first group to go live, helping pave the way for the rest of the company. Then, on March 1, 2027, the entire Merrell Bros. kingdom will unite under one new system as IFS Cloud goes live company wide.
Every workshop, every test, and every milestone brings us one step closer to a more connected, efficient, and data driven Merrell Bros. Thank you to everyone helping move the quest forward. The adventure continues!
📌 Biggest Loser Challenge Update
With only 1 week remaining in the challenge and over 200 pounds lost as a group, now is the time to stay focused and finish strong!
Remember, every pound lost matters. Keep building on the healthy habits you’ve developed, encourage your teammates along the way, and don’t forget to submit your weekly numbers to Candice Collins in HR so we can keep the standings up to date. You’ve come too far to quit now!

1. Who’s In
- Open to anyone
- 100% voluntary… but bragging rights are not.
2. Weigh-Ins
- Start: April 13, 2026 (must weigh in or send your starting number to Candace Collins in HR)
- Finish: July 31, 2026
- Same scale, same general clothes… don’t show up in steel-toes one time and flip flops the next.
3. How You Win
- We’re going by % of body weight lost.
- Simple math:
(Weight Lost ÷ Starting Weight) × 100 - Biggest percentage = biggest bragging rights.
4. Keep It Honest
- No funny business, just be honest
- What you weigh is what you weigh
5. Tracking
- We’ll keep track of starting and ending weights.
- Progress updates may be shared periodically… or we might just let people guess who’s sneaking salads.
6. Help Each Other Out
- We’ve got some folks here who’ve already been putting in work and making real progress.
- If that’s you, help the rest out. Share what’s worked, what hasn’t, and any tips or tricks.
- If you’re new to this, don’t be afraid to ask. Nobody’s got it all figured out.
- A little advice can go a long way.
7. Shop Rules Apply
- This is about getting healthier and having some fun.
- Chirping is allowed. Being a jerk is not.
- If someone’s grinding, respect it.
8. Prize
- Winner gets a GRAND PRIZE and permanent bragging rights.
9. Common Sense Clause
- Don’t do anything silly to lose weight.
- If your method sounds like a bad idea, it probably is.
